Oven Directions
FOR THE OVEN:
Directions for Grilling Smokin’ Diablo Seasoned Grill Planks
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. (NOTE: Temperature will vary depending what you plan to cook.)
Step 2:
Place desired meat of vegetables onto the center of seasoned plank. Side to be presented should be facing downwards.
Step 3:
Place plank on baking sheet or aluminum foil for easy clean up and put into the preheated oven. Bake until meat or veggie is halfway done.
Step 4:
Flip meat or veggie so the presentation side is facing up. Finish cooking to the desired tenderness. NOTE – If cooking fish which has skin, remove skin gently and discard.
Step 5:
Eat and Enjoy!
