Grilling Directions

FOR THE GRILL:
Directions for Grilling Smokin’ Diablo Seasoned Grill Planks

Step 1:

Soak bottom (the non-seasoned) half of the plank in 1/4 inch water in a shallow pan for at least 30 minutes. Ensure the seasoned side of the plank does NOT get wet.

Step 2:

Place desired meat of vegetables onto the center of seasoned plank. Side to be presented should be facing downwards.

Step 3:

Grill over low heat until meat or veggie is halfway done.

Step 4:

Flip meat or veggie so the presentation side is facing up. Finish cooking to the desired tenderness. NOTE – If cooking fish which has skin, remove skin gently and discard.

Step 5:

Eat and Enjoy!
